Summary - Responsible for answering telephones at nurses station, directing calls to appropriate personnel, maintain confidentiality in all regards associated with patients; staff; events and situations that may arise, completes duty assignments required within job description, capable of performing and staying on task with little supervision, assist in the preparation for patients/residents in the admission, transfer and discharge procedures, gives prompt and efficient assistance to nursing personnel when required, accepts and performs other duties as directed by authorized managers, interacts professionally with all levels of hospital/clinic personnel as well as outside entities involving business activity.
Pre-employment Requirements: Physical examination,2 step PPD, background investigation, fingerprint printing process, orientation through Human Resource, Infection Control, and Quality improvement/Risk Management departments, tour of hospital and orientation through department.
