Medical Assistant, Full Time:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our BM Clinic team. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of patient care and the execution of clinical tasks, contributing to the clinic’s efficiency and the well-being of our patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care.
- Perform clinical tasks, including but not limited to, taking vital signs, administering injections, and assisting with minor procedures.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas.
- Facilitate patient preparation for examination and assist in patient education.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory management and the maintenance of clinic equipment.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Medical Technologist:
As a Medical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our laboratory operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, and treating diseases.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Implementing and adhering to laboratory safety protocols.
- Assisting in the development and validation of new test procedures.
- Keeping detailed records of tests performed and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using laboratory information systems.
